This classic DVD is the very useful and well-presented companion video to the book Xing Yi Nei Gong by Tim Cartmell and Dan Miller. The form is easy to learn, practical, and time-tested. There have been other books and DVDs on Xing Yi Quan, but this is one of the few that focuses on the basics and important supplemental training. This DVD is designed for those in ANY of the martial arts who are looking for traditional internal methods of power training to supplement their practice.

Daevid Allen was one of the founders of the British progressive rock band the Soft Machine in 1966. After recording just one album with the group, he became the founder/leader of Gong, which he left in 1973 to begin a solo career (though his first solo album, Banana Moon, was released in 1971 while he was still in the group). Allen explored his quirky, folky take on rock throughout the '70s and '80s on albums like 1976's Good Morning and 1983's Alien in New York…

Makiko Hirabayashi and Bob Rockwell performed as a duo for the first time in 2011, at a concert for the tsunami victims of Fukushima. Music on this album was written by Makiko in a period of three years that followed the event. This album holds a wide palette of emotions, ranging from confusion, fear, rage to that of hope, joy and childlike innocence. The music has kept both its fragile and explosive elements throughout the album. Makiko Hirabayashi and Bob Rockwell both moved to Copenhagen, from Japan and USA respectively in 1990 and 1983, and made it their home. They have been active on the European jazz scene for the last two to three decades, and have earlier collaborated on a quintet project, Grey to Blue (Stunt Records, 2008).
