Jamie's 15 Minute Meals is a UK food lifestyle programme which aired on Channel 4 in 2012. In each half-hour episode, host Jamie Oliver creates two meals, with each meal taking 15 minutes to prepare. Season 1 premièred on October 22, 2012 and concluded with its series finale episode on November 23, 2012. A tie-in book of recipes was released on 27 September 2012.

But frankly, Huntington has the same kind of problems with bad health, obesity and diet that people have all over the United States, and back home in the UK. Jamie wants to take a look at what kids are eating at school and what families are eating at home. His big challenge will be getting the whole community to rally together and be able to cook with fresh ingredients. He's seen how, with a little bit of confidence, people can quickly start to change the way they eat and live.
