Julie Crochetiere might be better known as Julie C these days, but one thing that doesn’t change is her commitment to writing and singing solid music. The Montreal-born artist released her first album, titled A Better Place, four years ago now, for which she garnered several award nominations and sold over 30,000 albums independently.
