A lot has happened since Now Or Never came upon the scene with the debut self-titled album back in 2013. For one, vocalist Jo Amore departed Nightmare, the band he spent the last 35 years with (started as drummer and became the vocalist). With Now Or Never as his main act, Amore can concentrate on progressing the band’s modern style that draws influences from metal and hard rock and melds them into a high octane ball of energy. On “II” – the band continues the sound of “Now Or Never” and should appeal to fans of metal with a modern approach.

This is the second live album from our Danish heroes, released close to a decade after the first one. It was recorded during 4 concerts in Japan (2001) and Germany (2002). That means 2 separate tours are represented, first the 'Carpe Diem' tour in Japan, and then the 'Planet Panic' tour in Germany.
Following in their series of Gramophone Award and BBC Music Magazine Award winning recordings, Gabrieli’s first Handel recording in over a decade is particularly special – recreating in painstaking detail the very first performance of L’Allegro, il Penseroso ed il Moderato, given in 1740, with additional instrumental repertoire including a Handel organ concerto and two concerti grossi. With a reputation as peerless Handelians, Paul McCreesh and the Gabrieli Consort & players bring meticulous research to every performance and recording project, and are joined on this disc by a stunning selection of soloists.
