Player is an American rock band that made their mark during the late 1970s. Formed in 1977 in Los Angeles, California, U.S. as an evolution of Bandana that had released a single in 1976. Their biggest hit is the No.1 smash "Baby Come Back" written by Peter Beckett and J.C. Crowley, produced by Brian Potter and Dennis Lambert. In 1979, after their two first albums, Peter Beckett and J.C. Crowley left the band. They released four albums between 1977- 1982 and three more when the band reformed by Peter Beckett and Ron Moss, between 1996 - 2013.
