THE SAVE YOUR MIDDLE BACK DVD teaches you how to keep your thoracic vertebrae and ribcage area unrestricted. If this part of the spine is compressed and tight it can cause lower and upper back problems. It also houses your lungs and heart and so the more freedom you have in this area the better this is for your circulation and all-round body performance. *Always begin with the lower back work and then move up the spine to middle back.

Keaggy actually recorded the majority of this album years ago, but it was not considered commercially viable and, therefore, remained unreleased. It is extremely fortunate that it has been made available, because this contains some of Keaggy's most beautiful and touching work. It is very much a gentle acoustic album, comparable to Beyond Nature with vocals, with personal lyrics related to family and Christian struggles. Particular strengths include the beautiful duet with his daughter "Father-Daughter Harmony," and the lyrically powerful "It Could've Been Me" and "Maker of the Universe," and the exquisite "Let Everything Else Go."

A must have.
