Live In Montreal was recorded live on October 25th, 2015, at Stereo, a club known for it's after-hours parties and marathon sets (Digweed actually played for 11 hours that night.). In among the 81 featured tracks, there are efforts from Sei A, Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons, Agoria and Adam Beyer, as well as three Recondite cuts. "It's hard to pinpoint one particular highlight as I was loving every part of the night with the energy from the build-up and the reaction I was getting from the floor," he says. "It's really important on nights like this that you pace yourself so you don't give the crowd everything too early; you always want them to keep wanting more. I remember looking at my watch around 9 AM and thinking I have not really started banging it yet, but the place was going nuts and over the next four hours the energy in the room hit another level. It's a real pleasure to play on that sound system for that long."

From some major reminiscent acid moments of the early 90s right through the years to the upfront house and techno soundscapes of present day, John Digweed blends tracks from some of the most notable producers into one seamless mix that truly captures the spontaneity and vibe of the crowd in one of the worlds coolest, most intimate and unorthodox clubbing destinations. Speaking about the forthcoming Bedrock release John Digweed said: " I can honestly say that some of my best clubbing nights have taken place in this intimate, magical room. Tucked away off the beaten path in Downtown Miami, The Vagabond truly is one of Miamis best-kept secrets. I really believe this Live album captures the electric and eclectic vibe of the Bedrock / Creations annual event, with tracks reaching back to the early 90`s right up to the latest forward-thinking releases."

John Digweed began DJing around age 13. His breakthrough came in 1993 when he got a gig at the Renaissance Club in Mansfield after fellow DJ Alexander Coe (aka Sasha) heard his demo.
Digweed is known for promoting the progressive house sound that became popular in Europe and North America in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He started the record label Bedrock Records to further promote the music he was playing at the time. In addition to starting the Bedrock imprint, he and friend Nick Muir produce under the Bedrock alias. In his sets, Digweed is noted[citation needed] for adopting tracks with new and different styles.

The Best That I Could Do is an appropriately self-deprecating title for John Mellencamp's greatest-hits collection, considering that the heartland rocker never seemed too convinced of his own worth. Of course, he had to struggle to get any respect after he was saddled with the stage name Johnny Cougar early in his career, but this 14-track collection proves that he was one of the best, unabashed straight-ahead rockers of the '80s. The 14 tracks here actually turn out to be a little too short to contain all of his great singles – songs like "Rain on the Scarecrow," "Rumbleseat," "Pop Singer," "Again Tonight," and "What If I Came Knocking"…

Working together since 1978, the partnership of Zorn and Frith is one of the most enduring musical partnerships in the downtown scene. Their periodic duo concerts have always been special events in themselves, but when it happens in celebration of Zorn's 50th Birthday, it takes on even greater meaning. Two masters of improvisation meet head to head in the redhot crucible of Tonic for an hour of telepathic communication and exploration, and you are there.

Blues / Electric Blues / Blues Revival / Delta Blues

Two classic Hooker LPs, all digitally re-mastered, 22 solid slabs of dark, leathery, brooding nostalgia. This is the electric blues at its very roots. If there’s still anyone out there reading this magazine who hasn’t at least one Hooker album in their collection, then you’re still a long way from qualifying as a blues aficionado. So this is a good place to start. This stripped-bare, one man and a growling electric guitar (on most tracks) music is the stuff those guys who fled the south for the auto production lines in the north used to listen to.
