This little gem is a complete economics education for high-school age students. It provides lessons, study questions, activities, and an excellent list of readings for each topic under consideration. Bettina chose well because the readings all hold up, even though the syllabus came out in 1974. It still works as an excellent course in economics. It is meant to be used alongside the book of readings (free makert economics: a reader) also available from Mises dot org and on amazon. Together the set will put any student on the road to a lifetime of economic understanding.

Labor Economics From A Free Market Perspective (repost)

Labor Economics From A Free Market Perspective By Walter Block
English | ISBN: 9812705686 | edition 2008 | PDF | 420 pages | 27,5 mb

Labor is the most important of the three traditional factors of production (land, labor and capital), accounting for some 75% of the GDP. It is therefore important to focus on issues of labor economics. In this book the approach taken will be that of the free market philosophy of libertarianism, the perspective that allows the maximum of freedom, consistent with the responsibility of all to respect the equal rights of all others.
