LUXURY is about beauty and originality. The music is song-oriented, both punchy Progressive rock and mellow symphonic pieces. Elements of folk, baroque, electronic music, psychedelia, heavy-metal and jazz can be heard. The powerful compositions and pert lyrics are performed with skill and gusto. The end result is unlike anything you ever heard before: unpredictable yet transparent, fierce next to tender, both demanding and accessible. Critics often associated the names of Ennio MORRICONE, RADIOHEAD, THINKING PLAGUE, THE NITS, VAN DER GRAAF GENERATOR, RENAISSANCE and KING CRIMSON with the Dutch band. The eccentric low-budget debut “Lunar Escape Velocity” (2001) has been called many things, but never dull or lacking ideas. The 2005 release “Perishable Goods” is an aural adventure in twelve tracks. Musical themes evolve throughout the album in a symphonic way.
