The Industrialist marks the band's return to the concept album. Burton C. Bell said about the album, "the protagonist (The Industrialist) is the incarnation of all industries in the form of an automaton. The mechanical, technological, and scientific advances through the industrial age led to the creation of The Industrialist. In the story, the automaton becomes sentient as it collects memories with each passing day. Through observation and learning, it gains the will to exist. What was meant to help man, will eventually be man’s demise."

Fear Factory is an American metal band that formed in 1989 Over the course of their career they have evolved from a succession of styles, frequenting industrial metal with flavors of death metal, groove metal, and thrash metal. Fear Factory proved to be enormously influential on the metal scene in the mid- to late-1990s. Fear Factory disbanded in March 2002 following some internal disputes, but reformed later that year without founding member Dino Cazares, adding bassist Byron Stroud, and casting then-bassist Christian Olde Wolbers as guitarist. In April 2009, a new lineup was announced with Cazares returning and Gene Hoglan as drummer. Bell and Stroud reprised their respective roles, and the band completed a seventh studio album entitled Mechanize. Former members Christian Olde Wolbers and Raymond Herrera (both playing in Arkaea) disputed the legitimacy of the new lineup, and a legal battle is underway from both parties. Fear Factory released their eighth studio album entitled The Industrialist in June 2012.Over the years, Fear Factory has seen changes in its members, with Burton C. Bell being the only consistent member since 1989.The band has performed at three Ozzfests as well as the inaugural Gigantour and has had singles in the US Mainstream Rock Top 40 and albums in the Billboard Top 40, 100, and 200. The band has sold more than 1 million albums in the US alone

Fear Is The Key followed a long line of film adaptations of best-selling author Alistair Maclean's thriller novels of the calibre of The Guns Of Navarone and Where Eagles Dare. The soundtrack highlights Roy Budd's enormous composing talent at its very best, overseeing a line-up of the cream of British musicians. They include Ronnie Scott, Tubby Hayes, Kenny Baker, Chris Karan and Jeff Clyne. Much of this jazzy orchestral score was recorded live to picture and the sheer exuberance of the playing bursts out of every track. The tour-de-force is the stunning ten minute Car Chase complete with the sound of police sirens, screeching tyres and a blistering sax courtesy of Ronnie Scott.

Keiko (Kayo Matsuo) and her friend try to find her missing brother after he disappeared on a trip to visit his girlfriend Yuko (Yukiko Kobayashi). They don't get very far as Yuko's mother claims the brother ran away after finding out Yuko had been killed in a car wreck the week before his visit. But Keiko finds signs that she might be being lied to - namely, a doll that her brother had purchased and, oh yeah, she sees Yuko's corpse walking around at night. This Toho production is a unique Japanese take on vampires.
