The 70s were the decade of progressive rock music of all calibers. And it seems not one country of this world was spared when the new kind of sound spilled over like a giant wave of inspiration. Even the European Eastern Block countries where rock music was regarded as subversive by the authorities had their share of rock bands with a hippie, heavy or freaked out direction. New version of the Paco de Lucía Integral, 27 CDs his complete work remastered. "Cositas Buenas", his last album, comes as a new in this new Integral. Now in a new economic format. This collection is a unique tour of the work of Paco de Lucia from 1964 to 2004. On a large estate close to the city of his birth, Algecirans celebrate a particular saint’s day, which gives the title to this solo album by Paco de Lucía. Perhaps this is one of the albums that has had most impact on the young generations of Flamenco performers and creators of the last decades. For many this was the culmination of a process that coincided with the arrival of democracy to Spain.
Bonaventure (Pierre Richard) is a semi-competent travel agent who makes up stories about his great romantic adventures to tell to the girls in his office. One evening, he meets a woman who has the same name as one of his made-up romances, and they share a for-real one-night encounter. Afterward, he thinks up a scheme for a unique tour situation in which people might pay for a limited-time visit to a completely undeveloped island where they will be forced to become modern-day Robinson Crusoes.
Album released in Spain and performed by the pianist, composer, arranger and conductor Ronnie Aldrich with the London Festival Orchestra. The musical arrangements, creation of Aldrich, care differential exquisitely balanced sonority, without giving predominance to any of the various instruments, excepting the piano with two voices (two pianos).
