The first in this 4-issue miniseries shows Doctor Doom hiring a gang of freelance operatives to retrieve a piece of Stark tech. Those freelance operatives: The Sinister Six; a collection of six supervillains, namely: Dr. Octopus, the Vulture, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio and the Sandman, all of whom have had the misfortune of crossing paths with, and being beaten by, Spider-Man, and organized by Dr. Octopus for the purpose of finally defeating him. This miniseries from 2009 by Paul Tobin is a serving of lighthearted violence and funny dialogue with the focus on the villains. is a comic full of goofy fun, suited to be another worthy addition to the Marvel Adventures line (really for kids of all ages). All Minutemen scans.

During the course of the 1950s England lost confidence in its rulers and convinced itself to modernise. The bankrupt steam-powered railway, run by a retired general, symbolised everything that was wrong with the country; the future lay in motorways and high speed electric - or even atomic - express trains.
