However, completists are the only ones who would want to invest in this collection; others would be better off with individual LPs of the pianist's London House performances. One such LP is the Verve Master Edition of The Sound of the Trio, which was recorded in July 1961 and contains performances of "Tricotism," "On Green Dolphin Street," and "III Wind…

The Best of The Classics Vol. 4 (Disc IV) is a classical compilation CD released by the Madacy label of Canada. While the disc and packaging lacks a date of release, it seems to be of 1990's vintage. The CD also lacks artist and production credits, which means it could be a series of artists or one artist performing everything. Who is responsible for these tracks will remain unknown. Take a chance.

Where the first Best of the Turtles compilation from Rhino focused on the group's many hit singles, Turtle Wax goes in the opposite direction, spotlighting the singles that just didn't click for whatever reason. In this sense it serves the same purpose as Joni Mitchell's Misses accompaniment to her Hits collection…

Garage is undoubtedly the sound of the moment. But unless you happen to share a studio with the sweetest sounding chanteuse or baddest of MCs, it can be hard to find top quality vocal licks or phrases to transform your heavy sounding beat into a hook-laden dancefloor killer.

Joe Walsh's long and varied career has had its ups and downs, to say the least. Here, you see Walsh in good old rock form. The opening track, "Things," pretty much defines it all: drum beat intro, a simple riff kicks in, a few synths, and then Walsh's lead – it's this simple formula that gives the album its charm. This is early '80s rock in its most entertaining and fun form. Walsh's lead guitar is, as always, breathtaking. The rock legend's trademark sound is prominently featured throughout the album, and undoubtedly here he performs some of his finest solos.
