A profound unfolding of the frequently overlooked heart of yoga: self understanding. Asanas, pranayama, meditation and the practice of the siddhis is interwoven in this video into a practical whole which, when presented, seen and practiced properly, creates an avenue into the center of ourselves. The video ends with excepts from John McAfee's talks to teacher trainees about the current human condition: fear, uncertainty, conflict and the absence of true love.
Mark McAfee is president of Organic Pastures Dairy Company, established in 1999 to supply organic raw milk to consumers in California. He developed and implemented the first mobile Grade A milking barn, allowing cows to be milked in the pasture. Mark has worked closely with government officials and university researchers to demonstrate the superior safety of raw milk. Mark McAfee discusses the extensive health benefits of raw dairy products, and dispels the most frequently heard myths about the dangers of raw dairy.
