Jazz, Pop Vocals | MP3 320 kbps | 54:07 min | ~125 Mb
Label: WG Records | Tracks: 13 | Rls.date: 2016

2016 album from the British vocalist. Regarded by many as one of the UK's best pop singers and interpreters of songs, Mari Wilson (aka The Neasden Queen Of Soul) is releasing an album in which she brings her own unique take to some classic pop songs from British icons including Dusty Springfield, Petula Clark, Sandie Shaw and Cilla Black. The inspiration for Pop Deluxe came from Mari's memories of growing up, listening over and over to these songs on the Dansette in her bedroom whilst daydreaming of one day being on Top Of The Pops herself. Each of the chosen songs means something truly personal to Mari.

Eric Carmen - The Best Of Eric Carmen (1988)

Review By G. Sawaged
After his stint as leader of The Raspberries, Eric Carmen had a succesful solo career. "All by myself" is from Carmen's solo debut album from 1975. One of his most successful songs, it has since been covered by numerous artists. All of the songs on this album were written by Carmen except "Hungry Eyes" from the movie 'Dirty Dancing'. Eric Carmen has an unerring sense of melody and songcraft that has resulted in some of the best pop rock ever. Just try not to dance to "That's Rock 'n Roll"...impossible. "She Did It" is the greatest Beach Boy song that Brian Wilson never wrote, and "It hurts Too Much" has a Phil Spector-like power to it. This album is a must for music lovers. If you're a fan of Billy Joel and/or Barry Manilow, you will love this album.

Compact Disc Club - The Millenium Pop Collection
POP | Mp3 | 256 Kbps | 538 MB (6 parts) | 4 CD | Rar

The best pop collection that released ever! The biggest hits of 80s and 90s in a 4 CD collection, with all the tendencies of pop music.
From the neo-romanticism of Visage to electro-pop of O.M.D. and from the ska of Madness to the pure pop of Tears For Fears.

The Best of Nat King Cole is part of EMI-Capitol Special Markets' Ten Best Series, where they selected ten hits from a popular artist on their roster. For the budget-minded, it's a nice collection of Nat King Cole's best-known hits, like "Unforgettable," "Ramblin' Rose," "Mona Lisa," "Walkin' My Baby Back Home" and "(I Love You) For Sentimental Reasons." It certainly won't please either jazz purists or Cole collectors, but the budget-conscious looking for an affordable (albeit skimpy) sampler of well-known Cole should turn here.

Neil Diamond's five-decade career as a singer, songwriter, and performer has certainly been a successful one by any standard. He’s sold well over 115 million records worldwide to date and has had eight number one singles ("Cracklin Rosie," "Song Sung Blue," "Desiree," "You Don't Bring Me Flowers," "Love on the Rocks," "America," "Yesterday's Songs," and "Heartlight"), and if he hasn't always generated the kind of critical respect he probably deserves, he’s been a steady and dependable artist who has managed to keep his large core audience happy. This 23-track set surveys the whole of Diamond's recording career, collecting his key and signature sides, beginning with his first hits for Bang Records in the mid-'60s through his commercial peak for Uni/MCA between 1968 and 1972, cuts from 1980’s The Jazz Singer (a soundtrack album that went platinum five times over on Capitol Records), and ending with tracks from Diamond's two Rick Rubin-produced albums, 2005’s 12 Songs and 2008’s Home Before Dark, on Columbia Records.
